Time to Make the Donuts
This week at Tennyson Court, our residents got to enjoy the fun treat of making donuts. It’s not every day that we get to smell the mouthwatering aromas of fresh donuts wafting through our building, so it was an enjoyable morning to say the least.
Residents had a blast rolling out the dough, frying up the donuts and finishing them off with glaze, cinnamon sugar or powdered sugar. After our treats cooled off, we set them up on decorative platters and delivered them to each of the houses so residents could enjoy them with lunch. Nothing like making old-fashioned homemade donuts on a cool autumn morning!
